An ancient healing method that involves creating suction on the skin using cups to ease pain, improve blood flow, promote relaxation, relief from back pain, neck pain and headache.


PRENATAL MASSAGE

Specifically tailored to the needs of pregnant women. It aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and promote overall relaxation. Specific approach used to accommodate the anatomical changes that occur during pregnancy, ensuring comfort and safety for both the mother and the baby.


HOTSTONE MASSAGE

A massage that involves the use of smooth, hot stone typically made of basalt or jade used to massage the body to promote relaxation, ease tense muscles, improve circulation and help damaged soft tissues. The heat from the hot stones provides heat therapy and deep penetration into the muscles which can help promote healing.


GERIATRIC MASSAGE
